I finally figured out, after a month and a half of blogging, why I am blogging.

Blogging away one word, one sentence, one paragraph and one anxiety at a time. Feeling closer to being with each post. Chasing the unicorn of mindfulness and self-compassion because I believe these things are real, even though part of me thinks they’re myth. Thinking and then over-thinking as I connect and sift through the knowledge and research of so many masters of awareness. I forgive myself each spelling mistake, punctuation choice and grammatical error as I flounder between self-criticism and self-love. It’s all me and it’s a labour of love.
